Much Gratitude and Appreciation to Angelo Gallego at Memorial Arts of Ridgewood for working with me so patiently and diligently. We live in an entire different State and were in need of a special Headstone for My Beloved Uncle. Angelo was with me every step of the way ensuring each specific detail. Angelo responded quickly to any and all questions and had an abundance of knowledge. The headstone came out brilliantly and means so much to us. Thank you Angelo and Memorial Arts of Ridgewood.

Memorial Arts was wonderful. They sent a detailed mailing to my mom after my dad's passing - it was very kind - as they indicated that they would not call to solicit business. We appreciated that as we navigated the funeral, etc. I met with Angelo, and he was very helpful throughout the process of choosing a memorial and approving the final model. Caring, Compassionate and Professional - I recently lost a family member and called many monument dealers while I was "shopping" for a memorial. This company was, by far, the best I encountered. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. You would be surprised how many dealers i called and found the staff to be rude! This is definitely not what you want to deal with when going through and extremely difficult time. Memorial Arts had prices that were lower than other places I called, but honestly I would have paid more just because these people were so caring and helpful. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know that loses a loved one. I know they will be in good hands.

Purchasing a headstone - the staff was wonderful when my family and I were looking for a headstone. They took their time and showed us samples and various drawings that we could add. Other companies we looked at seemed to be rushing us out since we were having a hard time. I cannot express how pleasant it was to have someone understand that this was not a quick easy task one takes on. The prices were in the middle from other places we looked, I found them reasonable.

It is one place that you hate to have to recommend someone to, but when we are faced with the reality of life and death, its the place I would recommend to help you with your final remembrance of your loved one.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to you, Leeanne and your company in extending suck professionalism, courtesy and sympathies during the purchase of my brothers memorial. I go every weekend to bring flowers and much to my surprise I go and the gravestone is there. Although I'm missing terribly my only brother, it brought some comfort and emotions to see a memorial with his name and picture. Leeanne at Memorial Arts of Ridgewood was fantastic. From the beginning to the end of the process, and the follow up, she was nothing short of amazing. This was a difficult and emotional time for me and the family. While trying to coordinate everything from out of state, with a time difference, Leeanne showed compassion, patience, and understanding. She made the process simple without bombarding me with questions or need to make several decisions. It was reassuring to know that Memorial Arts had a good working relationship with George Washington Memorial Park. Death of a family member is unpleasant and unsettling...the more reason the survivors need funeral and burial services--including memorials--befitting professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness. Memorial Arts of Ridgewood were courteous, helpful, professional and attentive to the family's needs and wishes. They were helpful with the planning and configuration of the memorial grave plates, especially, and oversaw the manufacturing (delayed due to a situation abroad) and delivery of the grave plates to the cemetery in accordance with the family's needs and wishes. Professionalism and courtesy are always in order--but especially during times of grief. Memorial Arts were/are compassionate and honorable and decent in every way. Our family are indebted to them for their attention to detail and for outstanding service in our hour of sorrow.

Suzanne from Memorial Arts of Ridgewood was professional and helpful especially during the COVID-19 pandemic May 2020. My brother was buried and needed a ribbon/plaque installed at the grave site. It was completed in a very reasonable time, given the nature of the pandemic and the horrible impact the virus had on services, etc throughout the area. The ribbon perfectly matches the other 3 that are on the main plaque. Kudos to Suzanne and her crew.

Easy to deal with, friendly, flexible and not unreasonably priced. While certainly easy to understand, it is all too often that people are quick to post negative experiences and fail to take the time to post positive ones.
